Our kitchen is subject to periodic checks and our personnel is qualified in the preparation and provision of glutenfree foods.
Our restaurant-pizzeria Pegaso offers a rich glutenfree menu of tasty appetizers, homemade dishes (filled pasta, tagliatelle, maltagliati, etc…) local meat and certified glutenfree salamis, breads and cheeses prepared by our chefs.
Moreover, our pizzeria offers our glutensensitive clients a special glutenfree pizza menu. The dough is made daily by our pizza chef using only the best quality certified ingredients. Finally, our desserts are a perfect way to top off a glutenfree meal.
For breakfast, we offer our glutensensitive clients hot and cold drinks, homemade cakes and cookies, cereal and bread. Everything is rigorously glutenfree.
